With over 50 years of combined experience in the park and playground industry, the owners have worked together for years and have now joined forces to raise the bar for playground safety in Arizona and Southern Nevada.

Kent is the owner and driving force behind Play By Play, bringing over seven years of hands-on experience in the playground industry. As an Arizona native, he understands the unique challenges that desert climates can pose to outdoor play spaces and takes a proactive approach to keeping them clean, safe, and well-maintained. He is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), and his strong attention to detail ensures that nothing is overlooked when it comes to protecting the children and families who use the spaces he services.
For Kent, playground safety isn’t just a profession—it’s personal. As a husband of nine years and a father of two young children, he knows firsthand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their kids are playing in a safe environment. That perspective shapes every aspect of how he runs the business, from the quality of services offered to the care taken in every inspection and cleaning.
Outside of work, Kent enjoys firing up the grill, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with his kids. His passion for both his family and his craft is reflected in the pride he takes in Play By Play, delivering premium, reliable playground cleaning and maintenance services to every client he serves.
Rosie serves as the Office Manager at Play By Play and is often the friendly voice clients connect with first. She oversees much of the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer communication, scheduling, quotes, and equipment ordering. With strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service, Rosie helps ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
In addition to managing operations behind the scenes, Rosie is also CPSI certified, giving her valuable knowledge and understanding of playground safety standards. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction make her an essential part of the Play By Play team and the high-quality service the company is known for.
An Arizona native, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking, baking, and making memories with the family’s two huskies. Her family-oriented mindset and passion for helping others are reflected in the care and professionalism she brings to the business every day.
